Exchanges and Refunds:
Whilst we are confident you will be over the moon with your purchases, we are aware that sometimes things may not be as expected, either it may not fit the way you thought or feel it may not suit you (it does, you look great!)
Therefore, we offer our customers a 14 day returns service, meaning you will need to get in touch with us within 14 days following receiving your purchase. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage of the return.
All returned items must be in its original condition and must not be worn or used in any way. Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, scented by deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on, washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We will not ship exchanged products or issue refunds (price of product excluding postage) until we have received the item(s), and these have been checked. We will email you to let you know when refund has been issued.
Exchanges within the UK, if you have asked for an exchange and you live within the UK, you will be responsible for the cost of postage for the item to be returned to us. However, Bear Down Clothing Co. will then cover the cost of postage for your exchanged items to be sent to you.
Exchanges outside the UK, due to the costly nature of shipping internationally, the postage on any exchanged orders are to be paid by you to cover shipping both ways.
